Map Cartographic Publishing House (the predecessor of present Viet Nam Publishing House of Natural Resources, Environment and Cartography Sole Member Limited Company) was established by decision No.18/QĐ-ĐC on Jan 28, 1995 of general director of general Department of Land Adminstration (GDLA).

Cartography
Since its establishment, under the leadership of General
Bureau of Land Survey and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (since
2002), Viet Nam Publishing House of Natural Resources, Environment and
Cartography Sole Member Limited Company has been continuously growing in size,
capability of production and business with the following milestones:
+ Merging the Cartographic Enterprise and Cadastral Printing
Enterprise into Map Catorgraph Publishing House by decision No.678/QĐ-TCCB dated
December 21, 1996 of GDLA.
+ Dated October 30, 1998 General Director of GDLA issued
decree No. 631/1998/QĐ-ĐC to transfer all of printing and drawing preparation
sectors From No. 3 Survey and Mapping Company to NARENCA.
+ Dated April 13, 2000 General Director of GDLA issued decree
No. 146/QQĐ-ĐC to transfer all of staff from No.3 Survey and Mapping Company to
NARENCA.
+ Dated September 9, 2003 Minister of MONRE issued decree No.
1260/2003/QĐ-BTNMT to merge Hydrometeorogical Printing Enterprise to NARENCA.
+ On May 24, 2010 under Decision No. 919/ QĐ-BTNMT issued by
Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Publishing House of Cartography
was converted into Viet Nam Publishing House of Natural Resources, Environment
and Cartography Sole Member Limited Company.
Over
the long time of construction and development, at present, Viet Nam Publishing
House of Natural Resources, Environment and Cartography Sole Member Limited
Company is a leading company in the area of the establishment, publication,
